Building a better YOU - one workout at a time
This 6 week online option comes in 3 Phases, each one progressively more challenging than the last.
Each Phase includes a made-for-you program based on your needs, goals and availability.
You will get a weekly check-in with me, through text, phone or video call.
Each Phase is broken down into Weeks 1-4, and 5&6, where the final 2 weeks will challenge you, push you harder, and prepare you for the next Phase.
(Please note: you do not have to do all 3 Phases of the 6 week programs, but they are available if you wish to continue)
Also included, but not mandatory to fulfill, are somatic and journal prompts to help you explore your inner Self as you embark on a physical journey with your body. Somatic practices can guide you to where you may need a little extra attention to heal and grow mentally and emotionally.
I am here to remind you that a personal training program isn't just for the physical body, it's just as much for the mental and emotional bodies as well.
